CASE STUDY: PORTER NOVELLI

I managed an in-house training course run annually in three regions – Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa – for Porter Novelli, a top 10 global PR network.

I was responsible for sourcing and contracting venues, budget management, optimum room layouts for the course, accommodation and, with the help of the host country, suitable restaurants for evening meals.

I produced and updated a graduate database which was used against staff listings to identify graduates for each year’s course, and to identify those graduates who, having taken the course, needed to undergo refresher training.  I was responsible for keeping both graduates and the faculty informed on all course registration and logistics details.  I worked with the faculty to produce the agenda, presentations, graduate workbooks and handouts. 

I managed the evaluation process to provide feedback to the faculty for future curriculum.
